📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic needs and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on our range of aesthetic products, including skincare, lasers, and medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide aftercare instructions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the aesthetic industry.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Generate leads and drive sales through effective marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, preferably in sales or consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certifications in aesthetic treatments, such as laser certification, are a plus.
