📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and greet guests, clients, and partners with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
• Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and nearby restaurants.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail and deliveries.
• Assist with special events and promotions, contributing to the resort's vibrant social calendar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk reception or hospitality roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and familiar with using PMS software.
• Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or resort settings is a plus.
