📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and resolution of any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze receivables reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable with bank statements and other financial records.
• Maintain and update the company's accounts receivable system using software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
