📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.,Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.,Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that orders are placed as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the Head Chef.
