In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other technical writers to ensure consistency in our documentation,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our documentation processes,Assist in the development and implementation of new documentation tools and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts,Excellent writing and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and systems,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
