As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all structural elements are built according to the approved designs.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction and address any issues promptly.,Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each project phase, including design calculations, material specifications, and construction drawings.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficiency in structural design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Dili.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods, and an understanding of the construction process.,Valid professional engineering license or certification is a plus.
