📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of line cooks to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure optimal usage and minimize waste.,Train and develop new hires and existing staff on food safety and kitchen procedures.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
