📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe transportation.,Manage and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance to reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.,Monitor and manage fleet performance metrics, such as vehicle utilization and fuel efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.
