📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Manage the purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and purchasing activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and purchasing roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing purchasing activities.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
