Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.,Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance.,Analyze competitor data to identify market positioning and opportunities for growth.,Participate in sales strategy meetings and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.,Stay updated with industry trends, market research, and best practices in sales analytics.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasting models.,Provide regular updates and recommendations to enhance sales processes and tools.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software.,Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
