PT Sri Antar is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and maintain productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
