In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to enhance employee skills.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the work environment.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
