In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our mission of promoting health and wellness. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we have the right roles defined.,Source and screen candidates, including leveraging various recruitment channels and networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Evaluate and select candidates based on predefined criteria and company values.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance to ensure all recruitment activities are conducted legally and ethically.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for similar roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.
