📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications from concept to deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by setting and enforcing coding standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of mobile applications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Contribute to the overall success of the project by setting clear goals and milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in at least one mobile platform (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).,Proven track record of leading mobile development projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks and tools such as React Native, Flutter, or native SDKs.,Experience with cloud services and APIs for mobile applications.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
