📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of e-learning modules.,Provide support to senior training officers in planning and executing large-scale training events.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
