As a Finance & Quotation Executive at Rock Maestro, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also work closely with the sales team to provide accurate and competitive quotations, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate and competitive quotations.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
