📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of diagnostic imaging services, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.
• Lead and mentor a team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff to maintain excellence in imaging services.
• Implement and manage imaging equipment, software, and systems such as PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), and DICOM-compliant devices.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to integrate imaging services into broader clinical workflows.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Allied Search Pte. Ltd. at industry conferences and professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Radiology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification as a Certified Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (CDMS) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully managing imaging departments and teams.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging technology and software, including PACS, RIS, and DICOM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
