📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.
