📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in processing clinic transactions, including payments and refunds.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer, ensuring proper reconciliation.,Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Support the cashier in resolving any financial discrepancies or issues.,Assist in training new staff on cash handling procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cash handling or administrative role.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial transactions.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
