You'll use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design eye-catching displays, and you'll collaborate with our in-store team to bring these designs to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create visually appealing retail displays using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure displays are strategically aligned with brand identity and customer experience goals.
• Manage inventory and ensure displays are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury retail and visual merchandising.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess display effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality products and materials for displays.
• Train and mentor junior staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall retail strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail.
