📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist in achieving team goals.,Provide regular reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
