Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Communicate with senior management to ensure that team goals align with company objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in project management and coordination.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
