PT Mutiara Cahaya Tegal is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager & Division Head to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a retail division and manage a store in Tegal, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.,Collaborate with other divisions to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fresh/grocery/fashion sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or division.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
