📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality and safety.
• Manage budgets and ensure the restaurant operates within financial guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
