In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure efficient and safe transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.,Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular fleet inspections and address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and maintenance teams.,Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Kalimantan Barat.
