📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Administering medications and ensuring their accuracy and safety.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and other relevant patient data.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records.

• Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• Valid nursing license and certification.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
