In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer success for our SaaS product, Lark. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth.,Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive product adoption and customer retention.,Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.,Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to promote our SaaS product.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure our clients have a positive experience with our product.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the SaaS industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passion for technology and a desire to help businesses succeed.
