PT Mitra Berdaya Optima is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Officer Intern to assist our consultants in various projects. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain practical experience in the field of project management and consulting. The intern will work closely with our team to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, contributing to the successful completion of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist consultants in project planning, including task identification, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Support project execution by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.,Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.,Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports and presentations.,Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing project files and maintaining communication records.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project strategies and improvements.,Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets.,Support the development of project-related materials, such as training modules and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with project management software is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
