📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy department.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.,Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and staff.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication dispensing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Professional certification from a reputable pharmacy board (e.g., SIPA, SIAK).,Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with local and international pharmacy standards and practices.
