📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Represent the company at technical conferences and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in leading engineering projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of CAD software and engineering design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
