Apotek Dewi Kebab is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

This is a full-time position located in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to staff and customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with network infrastructure and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
