📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Collaborate with management to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is a plus.
