Base Crown Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
