Duty Manager (Domestic Operations)

Malaysia Aviation Group is a leading player in the aviation industry, and we are looking for a talented Duty Manager (Domestic Operations) to join our AeroDarat Sdn. Bhd. team in Subang, Jawa Barat. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional station management, ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient airport operations across domestic routes. You will oversee daily activities, optimize resources, and maintain high standards of service.

As a Duty Manager (Domestic Operations), you will work closely with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and other airport service providers. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all ground operations, including baggage handling, cargo operations, and passenger services. Your role will involve managing a team of professionals, ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the AeroDarat Sdn. Bhd. team, ensuring seamless and efficient airport operations.
• Oversee the coordination and management of ground operations, including baggage handling, cargo operations, and passenger services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Optimize resources and manage the allocation of staff and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and other airport service providers.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure the smooth and timely movement of passengers and cargo, contributing to the overall efficiency of the airport.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, including baggage handling, cargo operations, and passenger services.
• Proficient in using airport management software, such as AMS (Airport Management System) and RAMS (Ramp Management System).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Airport Operations or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
