📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.,Monitor and report sales performance to management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
